Pte Harold Dozell (Lilydale), 59^th Battalion: Is tried by a District Court Martial on a charge of ‘when on active service in France, deserting His Majesty’s Service’. He was absent without leave from June 7^th, 1918 until surrendering to the Military Police, in London, August 15^th, 1919. He is awarded eighteen months imprisonment with hard labour and marched out to Pentonville Prison.
