The following local soldiers arrive back in Australia from Europe on the HT Argyllshire:

Pte William Buckley (Kilsyth), 6^th Battalion

Pte Gordon Howell (Wandin), 24^th Battalion

Pte Victor Fisherx (Lilydale), 6^th Battalion: He is to be discharged as medically unfit as a result of the issues with his feet.

Pte Walter Staff (Wandin), 4^th Division Sanitary Section: He is to be discharged as medically unfit as a result of having haemorrhoids.
