Isaac Davies (Kilsyth): Leaves his job as an Engine Driver in Western Australia, where he had been working, and enlists in the AIF, he is 38 years old, married and had previously served in the Anglo-Boer War with the 4^th Australian Commonwealth Horse. Two of his brothers have already enlisted and another two would follow him, making five Davies brothers all up. Another brother, Thomas, tried to enlist but was rejected on medical grounds.
