Pte Hewitt Hussey (Lilydale), 6^th Battalion

Dvr Alfred Pomeroy (Wandin), 7^th Battalion

Pte Richard Grossman (Mt Dandenong), 7^th Battalion: He had been wounded on Gallipoli and returned to Australia for further treatment and was now returning to active service.

Pte George Shell (Lilydale), 8^th Battalion

Pte Robert Shell (Lilydale), 21^st Battalion

Pte James Harrison (Wandin), 22^nd Battalion

Pte William Parker (Silvan), 23^rd Battalion

Pte John Ellis (Mt Evelyn), 23^rd Battalion

Pte Joseph Keeley Snr (Mooroolbark), 23^rd Battalion

Pte Robert Jeeves (Montrose), 58^th Battalion

Henry Millward (Olinda): Leaves his farm ‘Bay View’ at Olinda and enlists in the AIF, he is 29 years old.
